is both seamless and comfortable. Due to the personalized nature of our
products, returns are not applicable for any regular orders.However, we stand
fully behind our products, so if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please
submit a request for exchange.

Refunds (Partial Applicable)

We commit to delivering high-quality custom jewelry to you. Each product undergoesrigorous quality checks before shipment to ensure you receive flawless items.
However, we also understand that unforeseen issues may arise in extremely rare
cases. To safeguard your interests, we provide the following refund policy:

Quality Issue Refunds

If you receive a product with the following quality issues, you are entitled to a full
refund:

The product itself is significantly damaged upon receipt.

Customized products significantly deviate from the order details in terms of material, design, or customization content.

Quality defects occur under ormal usage conditions.

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

To offer more flexible customer service, we allow cancellations or modifications
to orders within 12 hours of submission. Whether it's changing customization
details, delivery addresses, or canceling the entire order, we strive to
accommodate your needs.

Canceling an Order

Time Limit: Within 12 hours of
order submission, you can request cancellation for a full refund.

How to Cancel: Please contact our
customer service team via email, providing your order number and
cancellation request.

Refund Processing: Once the
cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original
payment method within 5 working days.

Modifying an Order

Time Limit: Within 12 hours of
order submission, you can request modifications to order details,
including but not limited to customization details, quantity, and delivery
addresses.

How to Modify: Please contact our
customer service team via email, providing your order number and details
of the desired modifications.

Modification Confirmation: Our
customer service team will process your modification request and confirm
the details with you. Please note that modifying an order may affect the
original delivery time.

Note

Once the 12-hour modification/cancellation window has passed, orders will enter the
production stage, and we will be unable to accept cancellation or
modification requests.

For orders already in the
production stage, we will be unable to provide cancellations or full
refunds. However, we are always committed to providing satisfactory
solutions. If you have any questions or needs, please feel free to contact
our customer service team.

Please
note that the following situations typically do not apply to returns and
refunds:

Items have been used or damaged,
not due to quality issues.

Personalization requests for
customized items were explicitly confirmed at the time of order, unless
the product deviates from the order details.

Parcel delays in delivery or loss.
